We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market plans, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning for exchange feature.
You'll bridge product, data, and creative strategies, thriving in a fast-moving, high-ownership setting. Working closely with product managers, growth teams, and analytics, you'll build compelling stories that resonate with varied markets and user audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, strategy, data, and analytics teams to own the roadmap for Exchange (Advanced) and main app (Mainstream) verticals, aligning on priorities and customer feedback loops.
- Develop differentiated value propositions for a competitive global market.
- Define user personas (e.g., retail traders, crypto newcomers, high-frequency traders) and map tailored user journeys.
- Lead creative/copy positioning and brief submissions for growth teams to execute impactful, localized campaigns.
- Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to manage go-to-market planning for feature launches, ensuring timely, scalable, and data-informed campaigns.
- Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns across in-app, email, web, social, and earned media for user acquisition.
- Coordinate with local market and growth teams to adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts, incorporating localization, local behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Run user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to understand pain points and enhance UX/messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to inform prioritization and positioning strategies.
- Design lifecycle programs to drive user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Create promotions, streaks, and incentive programs to reward engagement and boost retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to identify drop-off points and optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Define KPIs for funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact in collaboration with growth and product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in crypto or fintech.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products or platforms, driving adoption and revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into engaging, conversion-focused stories.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional teams and fast-paced settings. Action-oriented mindset.
- Analytical proficiency in marketing analytics and user research tools.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services) or familiarity with SFC regulations is a plus.
