Role Summary
You will own positioning, messaging, and gotomarket for our AI operating system for interior design studios and IDs. You'll translate product capabilities into clear value for studios, designers, and partners, and drive adoption and revenue across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning, Narrative, and Messaging
- Define and continuously refine the product's value proposition for studio owners, inhouse IDs, and freelancers.
- Craft clear messaging for core modules (Leads CRM, Projects, AI assistant, Hangouts, Qanvast Operations) and ensure consistency across website, decks, and inproduct copy.
- Build and maintain persona and usecase narratives (e.g., midsize studio owner, solo ID) that sales and product can rely on.
GotoMarket and Launches
- Own GTM strategy for new features (e.g., Hangouts, AI copilots, dashboards) and major releases.
- Define launch tiers, target segments, pricing/packaging implications, and success metrics.
- Coordinate crossfunctionally (Product, Sales, Growth, CS) to plan timelines, channels, and launch assets.
Sales and Partner Enablement
- Create and maintain sales enablement: pitch decks, onepagers, competitive battlecards, demo scripts, ROI calculators.
- Train sales, CS, and founderled sales on new features, positioning, and objection handling.
- Support key deals with tailored narratives and collateral for enterprise studios and strategic partners.
Customer, Market, and Competitive Insights
- Deeply understand interior design and renovation workflows, from lead to project handover.
- Conduct interviews, win/loss analysis, and surveys to uncover pains, language, and buying triggers.
- Track competitors (CRM tools, interior design platforms, AI design tools) and synthesize insights into clear opportunities and threats.
Product Strategy Input
- Represent the voice of the studio owner/ID in roadmap discussions.
- Partner with Product to prioritize features that strengthen the AI operating system story (e.g., crossmodule workflows, analytics, integrations).
- Translate complex features into simple problems/benefits for documentation and onboarding.
Demand Generation Support
- Collaborate with Growth/Marketing on campaigns, content, and lifecycle journeys for acquisition and expansion.
- Provide angles, proof points, and briefs for case studies, webinars, demos, and events (including Hangoutsdriven stories).
- Define and own key PMM KPIs (feature adoption, activation, plan mix, win rate, ARPA uplift from new modules).
Ideal Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or closely related roles.
- Experience with workflow/ops tools (CRM, project management, vertical SaaS) exposure to design, construction, or realestate tech is a plus.
- Strong ability to translate technical/AI capabilities into simple, benefitsfirst messaging.
- Comfortable working in a fastmoving, zerotoone environment: you can define GTM motions, not just execute them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication strong storytelling and deckcrafting skills.
- Datainformed: able to interpret product analytics, funnel metrics, and win/loss data to refine strategy.

- Clear, adopted positioning and messaging for the platform and key modules (including Hangouts).
- Repeatable GTM playbook for new features and plan changes.
- Improved activation and feature adoption for core workflows (leads projects, AI usage, Hangouts).
- Sales and CS teams equipped with uptodate, effective enablement materials and confident in the product story.
