Job Description

Our client is a global technology leader known for its innovative digital products, data-driven culture, and large-scale consumer platforms used by millions worldwide. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives across regional markets.

This is a fixed-term contract, ending on 5 February 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing and go-to-market strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and product adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Regional Marketing to align business objectives and marketing priorities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned products and features, providing market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to influence product development.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and content strategies across multiple marketing channels.
  • Lead medium to large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, measuring performance and optimizing outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities, user needs, and emerging industry trends.
  • Develop and track key business and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, product performance, and market opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs and user experience improvements by partnering closely with product and research teams.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, technology, digital, internet, or consumer product environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention strategies, and churn prevention, with experience managing end-to-end customer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align and drive decisions across cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and global stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple workstreams across regions, time zones, and diverse functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive business decisions, optimize marketing performance, and prioritize competing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, campaign management, and product positioning skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing business priorities, and make effective trade-offs in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment while delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional collaboration and executing integrated marketing programs that drive customer engagement, product adoption, retention, and business growth.
