Role Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, planning and leading the team to drive product marketing strategy across the product lifecycle. This role acts as the bridge between product, sales, and marketing—shaping how products are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market.
Job Scope
- Strategize, define and execute end-to-end B2B marketing strategies aligned with global and local priorities.
- Lead product and brand positioning to build market awareness and preference
- Translate customer and market insights into clear, actionable strategies
- Adapt global direction into strong local value propositions and consistent messaging frameworks that resonates with targeted audiences.
- Plan and execute product launches, events, trade shows, and partner initiatives to achieve targeted objectives and success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, or Strategic Marketing
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading a team
- Proven ability to lead GTM strategy and influence product decisions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities
- Experience in working cross functionally with product and sales teams
- Is commercially minded and outcome driven
