Team Introduction
TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Advertisement Sales, Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.

TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media to lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in APAC. Sitting as part of the Japan, Singapore and Korea Product Marketing team in the Product Solutions & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global product teams in a high growth environment. Ability to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity and also be familiar with app marketing. This is a full-time position based in Singapore, focusing on alternative markets in North East Asia.

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product growth and adoption for TikTok advertising and measurement solutions across Apps, Gaming, and Lead Generation verticals in South Korea and Japan, with clear accountability for business impact.
- Drive measurable business growth through data-driven problem solving, partnering closely with Sales teams to translate performance data, market signals, and advertiser insights into scalable best practices.
- Develop insight-led strategies and go-to-market programs, collaborating with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, and Global & Regional Product Marketing teams to define long-term growth objectives and execution plans.
- Leverage data, experimentation, and market analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize product positioning, and unlock incremental revenue across priority verticals.
- Design and deliver high-impact product enablement, including sales training programs and data-backed product marketing materials that accelerate adoption and performance.
- Act as the voice of the market and advertisers to Product teams by synthesizing customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and in-market data to influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature development.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising, or related fields.
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making, including using insights to solve complex business problems and drive growth.
- Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed, fast-moving organization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear strategies, programs, and execution plans.
- Excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities, with comfort operating independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in market research, analytics, and building business cases to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
- Fluency in Japanese and English to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders across Japan, Korea and Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning or supporting app, gaming, or lead generation advertising products.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, advertiser objectives, and industry trends, particularly in performance-driven verticals.
- Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with a strong passion for solving business and growth challenges through data and experimentation.
