Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to support the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our SaaS and AI-enabled products and solutions. In this role, you will deeply understand our customers, market, products, and emerging AI capabilities, and translate that insight into compelling narratives that drive adoption, retention, and recurring revenue. As the first PMM in this newly centralized function, you will design the blueprints for how Landi launches and manages its SaaS and AI-powered solutions globally.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, Communication and Operations to ensure our solutions deliver clear value at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
The Product Marketing Manager has the responsibility to define and support product positioning, messaging and value proposition of our SaaS and AI-enabled offerings. As the Product Marketing Manager in Landi Central the role will be to define go-to-market strategy for new solution launches, features, AI capabilities and external partners integration. He/She will conduct market, competitive and customer research to inform messaging and roadmap decisions, with particular attention to AI use cases, customer value, adoption barriers and evolving market trends.
Responsibilities
Build value propositions per segment, market and vertical
Cooperate with Product Management to influence product direction and prioritize customer needs
Own the Pricing and Packaging lifecycle Collaborate with Finance and Product to define the subscription models that balance market competitiveness with high-margin SaaS profitability.
Enable Sales teams with sales decks, battle cards, demos, pricing narratives and training - and go further than materials: actively push and animate the sales organization around the story through field engagement, deal support, and regular pipeline-facing touchpoints
Define and maintain the commercial structure of solutions portfolio (SKU, software bundles, service packages, options and add-ons)
Assist in RFP/RFI responses and design tailored commercial offers if required
Shape and execute go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with Communication team on campaigns that drive pipeline, conversion, retention and expansion
Support customer lifecycle marketing including onboarding, adoption, retention, upsell & cross-sell initiatives
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve product-market fit and messaging
Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to ensure SaaS profitability
Own product marketing for AI-enabled features and solutions, translating AI capabilities into clear customer use cases, business outcomes and differentiated value propositions
Partner with Product, Engineering and relevant AI/technology teams to understand AI capabilities, limitations, roadmap and customer requirements, and bring market insights into product planning
Develop go-to-market strategies for AI-powered product launches, including target segments, use cases, positioning, messaging, launch plans, adoption programs and success metrics
Conduct AI market, competitor and technology trend analysis to identify emerging customer needs, whitespace opportunities and differentiation for Landi's solutions
Create AI-focused sales enablement materials such as solution narratives, use-case decks, demos, battle cards, FAQs and objection-handling guides to support customer conversations
Support customer education and adoption of AI capabilities by communicating practical use cases, expected business value and responsible-use considerations in clear, non-technical language
Work with Legal, Security and Product teams to ensure AI-related product messaging and go-to-market materials accurately reflect data privacy, security, governance and responsible AI considerations
Establish and track key performance indicators for AI solution launches, including awareness, adoption, usage, conversion, customer feedback and commercial impact, and use insights to refine positioning and GTM strategy
Qualifications
Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 4-7 years of experience in product marketing or related roles within a SaaS or B2B software environment
Proven track record marketing AI-enabled or intelligent-automation solutions in a B2B/B2B2C SaaS environment, with direct, hands-on involvement in getting deals across the line
A track record of pushing and animating a sales organization around a story - in the field with reps and prospects, not just producing collateral from behind a desk
Entrepreneurial, high-energy operator profile: comfortable building a function and a narrative from a near-blank page
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, packaging and customer lifecycles
Experience launching SaaS products and features to market
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer value
Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Experience in Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence) is a plus
Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric business value hands-on technical development experience is not required
Experience marketing AI-enabled, data-driven or automation products in a B2B environment is highly desirable
Familiarity with responsible AI, data privacy, security and AI governance considerations is an advantage
Not required: a payments-hardware, POS-device, or terminal-manufacturing marketing background - this is a software/AI/solutions positioning role, not a hardware product marketing role
Preferred skills
Experience in B2B SaaS, familiar with Telecom and/or Payment, FinTech or Financial Services industries
Experience with competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis
