Role Description

The Product Marketing Lead / Go To Market Manager / Brand Communications Executive is responsible for leading product marketing strategies, go-to-market execution, and brand communication initiatives to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role focuses on product positioning, launch planning, campaign execution, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful market adoption and strong brand presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing product marketing and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Managing product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and brand communication initiatives
  • Defining product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer value propositions
  • Collaborating with product, sales, marketing, design, and operations teams on commercialization activities
  • Conducting market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support product strategy
  • Monitoring campaign KPIs, product performance metrics, and customer engagement outcomes
  • Supporting content creation, digital marketing, public relations, and customer communication activities
  • Managing campaign timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination across multiple initiatives
  • Preparing marketing reports, launch analysis, and strategic recommendations for leadership review
  • Driving customer adoption, market penetration, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Supporting marketing automation, CRM optimization, and digital engagement programs
  • Ensuring consistency in brand messaging, communication standards, and market positioning across channels
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Product Management, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, brand communications, or commercial marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, customer engagement, and integrated marketing strategies
  • Experience managing product launches, campaign execution, and cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, product initiatives, and operational priorities effectively
  • Strong creativity, customer-focused thinking, and commercial awareness mindset
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, technology, or consumer industries is an advantage
