Job Responsibilities
- Handle product enquiries and support Sales and Customer Service teams
- Maintain and update master price lists and product information
- Ensure product article statuses are accurate and up to date
- Process and manage supplier invoices to ensure timely payment
- Proofread marketing collaterals for accuracy and consistency
- Liaise with printers and monitor production timelines
- Support marketing execution and ensure deliverables meet deadlines
- Collaborate with internal departments to support daily operations
- Assist in improving workflows and internal processes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- OR O Level holders with relevant admin / marketing support experience
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin, or product support roles
- Candidates from retail, logistics, or FMCG backgrounds are welcome
- Comfortable handling Excel, data, and documentation
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
Salary & Benefits
- $2,600 - $3,000 basic salary
