Position Title: Product Marketing Executive

Location: Singapore (or any preferred location)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

As a Product Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping the market positioning, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products are effectively marketed to the right audience through compelling messaging, campaigns, and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and market trends.
  • Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to different customer segments.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to launch product marketing campaigns, drive awareness, and generate demand.
  • Product Launches: Support the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring the product is introduced effectively in the market.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage product content (e.g., brochures, presentations, website copy) that communicates key product benefits and features.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to sell the product effectively.
  • Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product development to improve product offerings.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to measure the success of marketing activities and optimize them for better performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in product marketing, preferably within a tech or consumer-focused industry.
  • Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage different stakeholders (product teams, sales, customers).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
