Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Programme & Product Marketing Coordinator to support day‑to‑day marketing and programme activities related to collectible products. This role is suitable for students, fresh graduates, or early‑career candidates who are keen to learn about product marketing, launches, and cross‑team coordination.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support product preparation, basic coordination tasks, and documentation to ensure programmes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Marketing Support
- Support programme activities from early planning stages through to product launch and delivery.
- Assist in coordinating tasks and timelines across marketing, sales, design, and operations teams.
- Help track project progress and follow up on deliverables with guidance from senior team members.
Coordination & Communication
- Assist in liaising with external partners or vendors to track updates and timelines.
- Support communication by preparing and organising programme and product information.
- Respond to basic queries from internal stakeholders or partners, escalating where needed.
Documentation & Data Support
- Prepare and organise product details, marketing materials, and packaging information.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation to support reporting and decision‑making.
- Update project information to ensure data is complete, organised, and up‑to‑date.
Learning & Team Support
- Support ad‑hoc tasks related to campaigns, launches, or programme coordination.
- Learn and follow established processes and timelines to ensure work is completed accurately.
- Work closely with the team to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Students, fresh graduates, and early‑career candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills & Attributes
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation tools.
- Interest in marketing, product launches, or programme coordination.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to follow instructions and timelines.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and supporting different tasks.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance.
Other Information
- Employment Type: Part‑Time / Contract / Internship
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Location: Teban Gardens (West area)
- Commitment: Minimum 3-6 months preferred
- Start Date: Immediate or short notice preferred
