You will own the product and lead end-to-end product delivery. You own outcomes, not just outputs, and you bring the same rigour to enabling others as you do to shipping products. Be Part of Our Success
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify product gaps, opportunities, and strategic advantages
- Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Work with relevant partners to execute the plan
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive user adoption and growth through increased engagement, expanding types of features, and higher usage in a financially sustainable manner
- Participate in public-speaking engagements to raise awareness of the product and gain more users
- Develop a strong understanding of the product P&L and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and optimize costs
Qualities We Value
- Prior working experience in business development, product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
- Experience in modern product development/management technologies and practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development will be strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, and Certified Scrum Master would be advantageous
- Exposure to enterprise software products, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and usability
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments
- Experience working across product management and design
- Proven ownership of product outcomes, not just deliverables
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with good product judgment
- Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence
- A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind
- Ability to learn, apply and attention to details
- Ability to operate with limited structure and high ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
