Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy and management for our energy storage solutions. You will be responsible for defining product vision, managing project lifecycles and ensuring successful delivery of innovative energy storage products to market. This role requires deep understanding of the energy storage industry, strong project management capabilities and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into market-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision 

• Develop and communicate the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research within the energy storage sector to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Guide resource allocation and inform long-term product positioning in this rapidly evolving industry.

Project Management & Delivery 

• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization. This includes defining project scope, timelines and resource requirements while managing dependencies across engineering, sales, operations and regulatory teams.
• Use project management methodologies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of product initiatives.

Stakeholder Management 

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including engineering, manufacturing, sales and executive leadership.
• Engage with key customers, partners and regulatory bodies to understand requirements and gather feedback that shapes product decisions.

Market Requirements & Product Definition 

• Translate customer needs and market requirements into detailed product specifications and feature prioritization.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility while maintaining product quality and performance standards specific to energy storage applications.

Performance Monitoring 

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track product metrics and regularly report on progress against objectives.
• Analyze product performance data to identify optimization opportunities and inform decisions on future iterations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 8 years of product management experience, preferably in energy storage, renewable energy, batteries, power electronics or grid technology.
• Proven expertise in project management with demonstrated ability to deliver complex products on schedule and within budget
• Strong understanding of energy storage technology, applications, and market dynamics
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in technical environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with technical data and specifications
• Experience with regulatory compliance and certification processes in energy or power sectors
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
