We are seeking a Product Manager, User Growth to drive global user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven growth strategies and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across major digital advertising channels, including strategy, creatives, and budget allocation.
- Analyze performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROI, retention) and drive continuous optimization.
- Partner with data teams to define growth metrics, dashboards, and monitoring systems.
- Lead growth experiments using funnel analysis, user segmentation, and A/B testing to improve key growth metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize growth and experimentation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; STEM background preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in at least one major advertising platform
- Solid understanding of growth frameworks (e.g. AARRR) and experimentation methodologies.
- Mandarin speaking is mandatory, as the role involves frequent communication with stakeholders based in China.
- Fluent in English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to independently drive projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with global or social/content-based products.
- Experience running international campaigns (e.g. Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America).
- Exposure to multi-channel growth methods such as SEO, ASO, KOL/KOC.
- Proven track record of leading growth initiatives with measurable results.
