Job Description

Our client is an innovative scale-up in the AI-audio space, developing next-generation tools for content creation, voice synthesis, and audio production. With a rapidly growing international user base, they are bridging the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence and creative expression. They are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to drive products from concept to global launch.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Conduct market research, requirement analysis, planning, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration of AI audio products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, and marketing teams across different time zones to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Global Market Research: Lead customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis to uncover user preferences in various regions (North America, Europe, SEA, etc.).
  • Product Execution: Assist in technical architecture decisions, quality assurance, and sprint planning using Agile methodologies.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Collect user feedback and usage data to prioritise features and drive product iteration.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to product marketing, user training, and engagement strategies to increase retention and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Expansion: Support the company's international business growth and competitive positioning.
  • Travel & Relocation: Willingness to travel frequently and potentially relocate for international assignments (e.g., team hubs or market launches)

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Business Admin, UX, or AI-related fields
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant product management experience (internships or full-time)
  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding of product design, development processes, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Figma)
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn new technologies (specifically AI/ML workflows) and adapt to fast-changing priorities
  • Mindset: Keen interest in international product management and cultural nuances.
