Product Manager (UI/UX)

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership

1. Lead end-to-end product development: strategy, roadmap, execution, and post-launch iteration.
2. Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, clinicians, and users.
3. Define and track success metrics for user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.

• UI/UX Design

1. Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
3. Ensure design consistency and accessibility across all digital products.
4. Graphic Design
5. Create visual assets (e.g., icons, marketing visuals, UI components) that align with the brand identity.
6. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for cohesive visual storytelling.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Work with engineering to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
2. Collaborate with clinicians and operations teams to ensure designs meet real-world healthcare needs.
3. Communicate effectively with leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
