Product Manager (Treasury System)

Responsibilities

. Define product requirements for the treasury management system, covering account management, settlement tracking, reconciliation automation, reporting, and audit trails

. Evaluate build vs. buy options manage vendor selection and integration for treasury technology components

. Work closely with engineering to deliver system features on schedule own the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog

. Build automated reconciliation and settlement dashboards that give real-time visibility into fund positions and discrepancies

. Collaborate with treasury ops, risk, and finance teams to continuously improve system capabilities based on operational feedback

. Drive UAT and post-launch monitoring ensure system stability and data accuracy

Requirements

. 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure

. Strong understanding of treasury operations, settlement workflows, and reconciliation logic

. Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP finance modules, or payment middleware

. Familiarity with US regulatory data requirements for financial services

. Excellent cross-functional communication able to bridge operations and engineering

. Experience in crypto or digital asset infrastructure a strong plus
