We seek a talented and experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in customer-facing mobile Apps and Desktop web platforms to join our dynamic team. Our Product Management team plays a vital role in transforming ideas into innovative products that address user experience needs and elevate the Traveloka experience. You will also be driving the development and implementation of critical technical products that enhance our platform's capabilities and help users discover and fulfill their travel inspiration and needs.

  • Contribute to the technical product vision and strategy across customer-facing Apps and Desktop product lines within Demand Products.
  • Develops and maintains detailed product roadmaps, incorporating technical input and aligning with business priorities, focusing on specific phases like ideation or post-launch optimization.
  • Guides and mentors junior team members, fostering technical literacy and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing platforms across Apps and Desktop.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis on customer-facing app and web experiences, industry UX trends, and digital product benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses and drive iterative improvements across Apps and Desktop.
  • Work with UX/UI designers and data scientists to support cohesive product strategies across platforms.
  • Help prioritize features and manage backlog with oversight from senior managers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and identify areas for technical improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing customer-facing mobile Apps and/or Desktop web products.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, or other high-traffic consumer app environments.
  • Proven experience handling customer-facing Apps and Desktop platforms, with strong understanding of cross-platform user experience, app performance, and API-driven product development.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests or other experimentation methods to inform product decisions.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
