Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and management of payment products across Web, App, merchant management platforms, and backend administrative systems.
- Collaborate closely with business development, engineering, risk, compliance, and management teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive the creation and launch of innovative, world-class payment solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong product design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, sequence diagramming, and writing clear user stories.
- Proven experience with trading platforms.
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle with hands-on experience in multiple stages, such as UI/UX design, test case reviews, production support, and process optimization.
- 3+ years of experience in payments and e-payments, with deep knowledge of the global payments ecosystem (Cards, eWallets, Bank Transfers, Cash-based methods).
- Strong research and market analysis skills to maintain product competitiveness.
- Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to design performance dashboards and optimize products using data-driven insights.
- Good understanding of compliance and risk issues related to payment products.
- Familiarity with payment reconciliation and settlement processes.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a self-driven attitude and ambition for rapid career growth.
- Domain expertise in trading, cryptocurrency, or blockchain is a strong advantage.
