As Product Manager, you'll bring products (or product-modules) from 0 to 1, independently leading discussions with new accounts and key existing clients. This means identifying product opportunities, rapid prototyping, and delivering production-ready products with the engineering team. You'll drive tangible business outcomes (i.e. ARR or new enterprise customers), in addition to improving product metrics.
Who we're looking for:
- You have at least 2-4+ years of experience in product management (mid to mid-senior). You're ready to build systems that deliver products (and not just implement).
- You think about product as an exercise in building, not just writing (tickets). You should have the technical confidence to engage with software engineers on technical topics.
- You write clear and concise Product Requirement Documents and can engage with Technical Specification Documents.
- You're AI-forward, this means accelerating product delivery workflows with AI tooling, and leveraging such tooling to build prototypes independently without engineer support.
- You're a builder, and have already led or helmed something from 0 to 1.
- You're a quick learner, you're either already actively learning about sustainability and compliance space, or would have already done so before the interview.

Requirements:
- Located in and able to work in Singapore. Excited to collaborate in person: 3days in office (3 mins from Outram Park MRT and nestled in the historic KeongSaik Rd).
- Bachelor's or Masters degree: we prefer candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, especially in sustainability, environmental and compliance products.
- Strong and confident communication skills: [External] You'll speak directly and independently to senior managers of the companies we engage. You'll lead solutioning with clients. [Internal] Be ready to voice your opinions succinctly and concretely in internal discussions. We drive towards consensus fast then act.
