About Us
Supermom is a fast-growing martech startup — and one of only 14 Singaporean companies featured on the 2025 Forbes Asia 100 to Watch list — connecting brands with millions of parents across Southeast Asia. Our mission is to support modern parents through trusted communities, authentic content, and meaningful experiences. Beyond community and content, we're also building the future of parenting with AI-powered tools like MomGenie, the world's first AI parenting companion.
By combining data, technology, and empathy, we help parents find clarity, confidence, and connection in their parenting journey. We're in a growth phase, investing in AI-first experiences and expanding our data and platform capabilities.
If you're excited about how creativity and technology can come together to make a real difference, Supermom is the place for you.
What You'll Do
We're hiring a Product Manager to own a core product area at Supermom. Depending on business priorities and your strengths, you may be deployed to one of the following areas:
- Consumer Product (SM3.0) — app experience, community features, AI-powered tools
- Data & Analytics — audience insights, recommendation engine, internal tooling
- B2B Platform — brand-facing campaign tools, dashboards, partner integrations
You'll be responsible for defining what to build, why it matters, and ensuring it ships well. This is a hands-on IC role — you'll work directly with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
We are moving towards an AI-first SDLC — using AI tools across the product development lifecycle, from research and spec writing to prototyping and QA. We expect you to embrace this way of working and help push the team forward.
Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain a product roadmap for your area, grounded in business goals and user needs
- Prioritise problems and opportunities based on impact, effort, and strategic fit
- Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt plans
Discovery & Delivery
- Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product decisions
- Write clear requirements (PRDs, specs, user stories) and work with engineering and design to ship iteratively
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in product development and the product itself
- Make trade-off decisions and unblock teams on design, scope, and technical questions
Go-to-Market & Adoption
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Ops to plan launches and drive adoption
- Define success metrics and track post-launch performance
- Support product positioning and messaging where needed
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate roadmap, progress, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Align competing priorities across functions and resolve disagreements constructively
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of product management experience (consumer or B2B digital products)
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end — from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Comfortable with data — can pull insights from analytics tools or databases to inform decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication; can write a clear PRD and present to execs
- Experience working with engineering and design teams in an agile environment
- Independent and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do
- AI-native mindset — you actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot) in your daily work and are excited about an AI-first approach to product development
- High learning agility; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., vibe-coding, AI-driven prototyping, automated testing)
- Familiarity with ad-tech, marketplace, or community platforms
- Experience in Southeast Asian markets
