Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager (Senior Executive level) to lead the end-to-end product strategy for Custera's structural repair products and digital monitoring platform. This is a cross-functional leadership role spanning business development, marketing, customer engagement, and product strategy across both our physical product line and digital solutions. The ideal candidate is strategic, customer-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can bridge technical and commercial domains to propel our products success.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap - Develop and execute a clear product roadmap, aligning with Custera's business goals.
- Market Research & Business Development - Identify trends and opportunities in infrastructure maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to drive product initiatives.
- Customer Engagement & Feedback - Engage clients, gather feedback, and translate insights into enhancements.
- Product Launch & Adoption - Lead launches or updates, develop product education materials, monitor engagement.
- Quality & Compliance Oversight - Ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- KPIs & Performance Management - Define product metrics and track performance to inform decisions.
- Strategic Partnerships - Identify opportunities for partnerships to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in product management, preferably in engineering, construction, or infrastructure.
- Strong marketing and business development skills with a track record of product growth.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating technical concepts to users.
- Strategic planning capabilities and ability to align efforts with business objectives.
- Customer-oriented with proven client engagement and feedback integration skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Results-driven and organized startup or agile environment experience is a plus.
