We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our software products and digital solutions.
The Product Manager will be responsible for translating customer and market needs into innovative software solutions, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring products deliver measurable business value. The role requires close collaboration with customers, consultants, developers, designers, implementation teams, and management.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of business processes, software development, customer experience, and emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Define product objectives aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Customer & Market Research
- Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, business requirements, and market insights.
- Identify customer pain points and convert them into product opportunities.
- Validate product concepts through research, prototypes, and pilot projects.
Product Development
- Translate business requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and software development teams.
- Prioritise product backlogs using business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Participate in Agile planning, sprint reviews, and release planning.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, usability, and performance expectations.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the bridge between customers, management, consultants, and technical teams.
- Facilitate discussions to align business needs with technical capabilities.
- Present product plans, business cases, and roadmap updates to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and communicate progress effectively.
Product Performance & Growth
- Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
- Recommend enhancements based on usage analytics and customer feedback.
- Support product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product growth and revenue.
Innovation & AI Enablement
- Evaluate AI and emerging technologies for incorporation into products.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency through automation and AI.
- Ensure responsible and practical implementation of AI technologies.
