Job Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving Smart Factory 4.0 projects from concept to full-scale implementation across semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Your responsibilities include:

Project Development & Delivery

• Engage with semiconductor clients to identify project opportunities and requirements
• Analyse customer needs and conduct detailed project scoping
• Design system concepts, identify components, software, and integration requirements
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions
• Present and demonstrate POC outcomes to clients for approval
• Prepare sales proposals, costings, and technical solutions
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients and vendors
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from design to installation and commissioning
• Monitor production, delivery, and system installation progress globally

Vendor & Component Management

• Identify and engage suppliers and subcontractors for components and services
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and technical specifications
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements
• Manage vendor relationships to support project success

Engineering & Innovation

• Design mechanical jigs and fixtures for continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams on digitalisation and automation projects
• Oversee development, fabrication, installation, and testing of in-house systems

Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and guide engineering teams to ensure efficient project execution
• Train and develop team members to enhance performance and capability
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor or wafer fab environment
• Strong knowledge of automation, IoT, and AI technologies
• Experience in project management, technical sales, or product development is required
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects end-to-end
