Role Overview
We are seeking an
experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of
QR-based payment solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing the
full product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for shaping PayNet's QR roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and our vision for a cashless society.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the QR product strategy aligned with PayNet's objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end product development: ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Drive enhancements based on user feedback, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations, Marketing) and external partners (banks, merchants, regulators).
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability across payment ecosystems.
- Performance & Compliance
- Monitor product KPIs, adoption rates, and transaction volumes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:Minimum 7 years in product management within payments, fintech, or banking.
- Proven track record in QR payment solutions and digital payment ecosystems.
- Technical Knowledge:Understanding of QR standards (e.g., DuitNow QR, EMVCo specifications).
- Familiarity with APIs, integration frameworks, and mobile payment technologies.
- Soft Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
