Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to drive the execution and delivery of digital products within a cross-functional squad. This is an initial 12-month contract role, suited to someone who thrives in complex stakeholder environments, brings strong product judgement, and is motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes through practical, hands-on execution.
This role is well suited to someone who is execution-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in complex stakeholder environments. You should be confident operating in a regulated setting, able to build strong working relationships across functions, and motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes through a practical, sleeves-rolled-up approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of digital product initiatives within a cross-functional squad, from discovery through delivery.
- Translate strategic priorities and roadmap goals into clear product requirements, scoped initiatives, and actionable backlog items.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and aligned with business goals, customer needs, and delivery realities.
- Work closely with Product Owners, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences, including in-chat AI experiences.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across teams and levels to create alignment, maintain momentum, and support effective decision-making.
- Navigate governance, compliance, and approval processes in a regulated environment while keeping delivery on track.
- Use data, customer insight, and sound product judgement to inform prioritisation, shape decisions, and improve outcomes over time.
- Maintain a high standard of quality in product thinking, planning, and execution, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Contribute as a collaborative, low-ego team player who is willing to step in where needed to move the work forward.

- Proven product management experience with strong hands-on ownership across both strategy and execution.
- Strong execution focus, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate direction into action.
- Experience working effectively in complex stakeholder environments, with the judgement and communication skills to navigate competing priorities.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to stay effective in environments where priorities evolve and refinement is part of the process.
- Confident leading your own workstream independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
- Comfortable working in regulated or governance-heavy environments where rigour, quality, and process matter.
- High personal standards and a strong sense of ownership over the quality of work delivered.
- Team-oriented and hands-on, with a practical mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Preferred
- Min. 5 years of experience in product management, consulting, and/or financial services.
- Experience working on customer-facing digital journeys, AI-enabled products, or conversational experiences.
- Experience delivering digital products in large enterprise organisations or multi-market environments.
- Familiarity with agile and lean delivery practices within cross-functional squads.
