About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle-from vision and strategy to execution and optimization. You will own the roadmap for key product initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to deliver high-impact features that meet user needs and business goals.
This role demands a blend of customer empathy, strategic thinking, and technical understanding-especially in complex, regulated fintech environments. You'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment, velocity, and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Build and maintain agile product roadmaps, balancing strategic goals with technical feasibility and market demands.
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
Monitor KPIs, user behavior, and feedback to measure product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Own post-launch evaluation, including impact assessment, stakeholder reporting, and support for go-to-market activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related matters across engineering, compliance, sales, and client success.
Communicate product progress, trade-offs, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
Proven success in launching and scaling digital products in agile environments.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
Some backend engineering experience will be an advantage, such as working with databases like MongoDB and MySQL, and an understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems using Kafka.
