Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Product Manager specializing in Private Banking Products and Solutions. This role offers the opportunity to manage product strategies while collaborating with external partners to deliver exceptional services.

Responsibilities

Oversee product selection and processes related to unit trusts, bonds, insurance, trust/family office solutions, discretionary portfolio management, and financing. Conduct thorough evaluations and regular reviews of existing products and partnerships. Collaborate effectively with external partners for product monitoring and evaluation. Review and improve internal processes, including transaction protocols, presentation materials, and client follow-up actions. Ensure timely communication of product information and maintain consistent updates. Assess risk levels and report to credit management, monitoring loan-to-value ratios. Work closely with Client Advisers to adhere to regulatory requirements and Fair Dealing guidelines. Keep internal policies and transaction activities aligned with regulatory standards. Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Recognized Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. CACS and CMFAS qualifications (M9, M9A, M5, HI) are preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of industry products and competitor services. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
