Product Manager - Power Converters

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitor insights to define product strategy. Translate market requirements into detailed product features and specifications encompassing software, hardware, and documentation while developing a compelling business case for proposed features. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure clear communication of requirements, engaging with systems architects and product owners. Contribute to the development of a 2-3 year strategic roadmap for industrial power supplies aligned with organizational goals, prioritizing new products based on applications and necessary form factors. Collaborate with the marketing team to establish and implement a robust international go-to-market strategy for new power supplies, including the creation of marketing materials that effectively convey product value propositions. Support the sales team in key customer meetings and technical workshops, providing expertise in addressing functional, use case, and commercial inquiries from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related fields such as power supplies, power electronics, software, or hardware. 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in product management or a similar role. Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering projects. Strong understanding of international B2B markets and their dynamics. Excellent stakeholder management skills on an international scale, with a focus on both internal and external relationships.
