Product Manager - Platforms & Digital UX

Job Summary

Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver complex digital products in Financial Services/Insurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives to guide product development

Prioritize product backlog by evaluating evolving business needs and requirements to optimize delivery focus

Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed product specifications for development teams

Analyze and optimize business processes by identifying and proposing effective product features and solutions that enhance operational efficiency

Develop user stories and acceptance criteria review test plans and scenarios conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and functionality

Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives according to plan

Present project plans, progress updates, and results to senior leadership to support informed decision-making

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to product development and delivery to mitigate risks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

5-7 years of experience delivering digital products or platforms in the Financial Services or Insurance industry

Proven ability to manage and deliver complex digital products or platforms at scale

Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments to align priorities and expectations

Skilled in stakeholder management at senior and executive levels to facilitate collaboration and decision-making

Apply strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to product development challenges and opportunities
