Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and assess untapped opportunities for pharmacy automation solutions within the APAC region.
  • Become the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape, customer needs, and regulatory environments across different APAC markets.
  • Product Requirements & Roadmap:
  • Analyze and translate complex pharmacy workflows from various APAC countries into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for the APAC region, ensuring it aligns with the global product strategy while addressing local priorities.
  • Identify and prioritize new features and improvements for your assigned product(s). Be prepared to manage tradeoffs and compromises to deliver on the release plan and roadmap and communicate your decisions and recommendations to the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with the US product and engineering teams to ensure APAC-specific requirements are effectively translated into development-ready stories and integrated into the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the US product marketing team to adapt global go-to-market strategies and share best practices relevant to the APAC market.
  • Business Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and prepare data-driven business cases for new product initiatives, partnerships, or market entries.
  • Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform critical decisions regarding acquisitions, partnerships, and distribution channel strategies.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate business opportunities and measure the success of product initiatives in the region.
  • Product lifecycle Management:
  • Lead the introduction of new products to our customers and teams
  • Take ownership of pilot activities and support the handover to our Sales and Services teams.
  • Go-To-Market: As the product subject matter expert, lead interdepartmental launch activities, to execute feature release plans, including influencing marketing collateral, sales activities, and operational readiness.
  • Develop and oversee the product lifecycle plan for all assigned products in APAC.
