We are an established company in the healthcare sector, specializing in pharmaceuticals, supplements, and wellness products. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full product lifecycle - from market research, planning, and development coordination to launch and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
- Analyze pharmacological data and ensure all products comply with HSA regulations and relevant industry standards.
- Develop and implement product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Provide product training and technical support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitors products to identify new opportunities and potential improvements.
- Work closely with regulatory, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure successful product introductions.
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Pharmacist with in-depth knowledge of pharmacology.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
