What we are looking for

We are seeking a Product Manager (Payroll) to lead the development of Omni's payroll modules across Philippines and beyond. Payroll is one of our most mission-critical offerings, requiring precision, compliance with statutory regulations, and seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in compliance-heavy domains, and passionate about making payroll simple, reliable, and scalable.

What you'll do

  • Own the payroll product roadmap for the Philippines.
  • Work closely with sales, support, and success teams to capture customer requirements and statutory needs.
  • Translate complex statutory and operational requirements into clear product requirements for engineering.
  • Partner with engineering to scope projects, prioritize backlogs, and ensure accuracy in delivery.
  • Track regulatory changes and coordinate updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to package payroll offerings appropriately.
  • Maintain detailed product documentation on payroll features, workflows, and compliance rules.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in product management roles in SaaS/tech.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working in compliance-heavy domains (finance, HR, payroll, banking, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple market-specific variations without losing sight of scalability.
  • Bonus: familiarity with payroll regulations in Southeast Asia.

Note: This is an offshore, remote-based position.
