  • Leverage user research, data, and testing to design seamless and relevant payment experiences.
  • Serve as the product ambassador and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and track product KPIs, using insights and feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Provide off-hours and on-site support during critical launches and high-traffic events to ensure product stability.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with prior experience in the payments, fintech, financial services, or technology industry highly preferred.
  • Payments Expertise: Strong understanding of payment technologies, payment methods/channels, payment flows, and key industry players.
  • Business & Technical Acumen: Proven experience working across business and technical teams, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and specifications.
  • Analytical & Data-driven: Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data to inform product decisions. Experience defining and managing qualitative and quantitative research, measurement frameworks, and product KPIs.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a matrix environment and drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ownership & Execution: A strong sense of ownership, hands-on approach, and can-do attitude. Able to work independently, navigate ambiguity, learn quickly, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence external merchants, commercial partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Global Mindset: Comfortable working across different markets and cultures, with the adaptability to understand and respond to diverse customer and business needs.
