Responsibilities:
- Support the integration and expansion of the global payment network by connecting with payment partners such as PSPs, banks, and eWallet providers.
- Work closely with internal product managers and engineers to execute partner onboarding, integration testing, and go-live follow-ups.
- Coordinate with partners to collect business and technical requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing payment network performance, including monitoring transaction success rates and resolving operational issues.
- Conduct market research on payment methods and new technologies to support business expansion.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-2 years of working experience in payment, fintech, or internet-related product roles.
- Basic understanding of payment ecosystems such as card acquiring/issuing, eWallets, bank transfers, and local payment methods.
- Familiar with project or product management processes, including requirement collection, coordination, and testing.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Other skills/qualifications:
- Experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, or financial institutions.
- Hands-on experience in API integration or payment channel testing.
- Interest in payment technology, fintech products, and global commerce.
