Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the cross-border ICT product roadmap across SEA, covering: Software & Platforms (SaaS, collaboration tools, security software, AIGC/AI-enabled services), Cloud & Data Center Services, Security & SASE, Managed & Professional Services
- Identify regional market demand, software trends, and service gaps to develop scalable cross-border offerings.
- Develop business cases, pricing models, and commercial frameworks for software, subscription-based, usage-based, and service-led products.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and partner onboarding to launch, optimization, and retirement.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial Enablement
- Lead GTM execution for cross-border ICT software and services, ensuring consistency across SEA markets.
- Work with Sales and Marketing to create solution bundles, sales kits, product documentation, and enablement programs.
- Position ICT software and services as value-added layers on top of cross-border connectivity.
- Conduct competitor and ecosystem benchmarking, including hyperscalers, regional MSPs, and software vendors.
- Support pre-sales teams in solution architecture, pricing, proposal development, and RFP/RFQ responses.
3. Operations, Delivery & Service Design
- Collaborate with regional operations, service delivery, NOC, and support teams to ensure scalable delivery of cross-border software and services.
- Define and maintain SOPs, SLAs, service catalogs, and operational hand-offs for ICT services and software subscriptions.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement on licensing models, vendor cost structures, billing flows, and margin governance.
- Ensure service readiness for multi-country deployment and support.
4. Product Performance & Optimization
- Track revenue, margin, adoption, churn, and service performance for ICT software and services.
- Gather insights from customers, sales, and partners to drive continuous product and service improvements.
- Manage price updates, packaging revisions, feature enhancements, and regional expansions.
- Optimize product portfolio to balance scalability, profitability, and operational efficiency.
5. Partner, Vendor & Ecosystem Management
- Manage relationships with software vendors, cloud providers, security vendors, MSP partners, and system integrators across SEA.
- Support partner onboarding, co-development, white-label, and reseller models.
- Negotiate commercial terms, licensing agreements, rebates, and support structures.
- Evaluate vendor roadmaps to ensure alignment with cross-border ICT and software strategy.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
- 3- 5 years experience in ICT, software, cloud, or managed services product management.
- Proven experience managing software licensing, subscription models, and service-based offerings.
- Experience working across multiple SEA markets is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise ICT, software ecosystems, and service delivery models.
- Strong commercial and product ownership mindset
- Solid understanding of software, SaaS, and managed services economics
- Ability to bridge technical, commercial, and operational teams
- Excellent stakeholder, partner, and vendor management skills
