Key Responsibilities
· Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
· Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
· Coordinate with development teams for product delivery.
· Manage product roadmap, enhancements, and project documentation.
· Support UAT, change management, and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills
· 3+ years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
· Experience in product lifecycle management and requirement gathering.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Government/Public Sector project experience is mandatory.
· Relevant Product Management or BA certifications preferred.
