Job Description
- Design and implement product solutions to improve user experience with a specific focus on post purchase user journey
- Drive operation efficiency by deeply understanding the business team's concerns and their workflow
- Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily life
- Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Statistics, and Engineering Engineering
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills. Able to define and solve problems with structured, fact or data driven approaches
- Ability to dive deep into business scenarios and understand real pain points faced by business and users
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines and priorities effectively
- At least 1 year of prior working experience in either product management, operations, or process optimization
