Product Manager

Product Manager Responsibilities

 Responsible for product research, planning, and design for the company's products.

 Analyze market trends and competitors, develop product roadmaps, and workclosely with the R&D team to drive product implementation.

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) and design product prototypes.

 Identify and consolidate user needs through industry research and data analysis tocontinuously optimize and iterate products, ensuring execution and delivery.

 Coordinate cross-functional teams and continuously optimize workflows and processes.

Requirements

 3–5 years of experience in product design or product management.

 Proficient in product and design tools such as Photoshop, Axure, XMind, andFigma, with hands-on experience in designing product workflows and functional modules.

 Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and ongoing operations.

 Ability to quickly understand business requirements; strong logical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong learning ability.

 Experience with game-related products is a plus.
