About The Team
The Consumer Credit team is responsible for developing innovative fintech products such as cash loans and buy now pay later (BNPL). Our goal is to expand access to responsible credit and provide meaningful financial support to underserved communities across Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Job Description
- Drive the end-to-end product development of consumer cash loan products among different markets, from ideation, design, technical development, testing, and roll-out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
- Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps and areas for improvement.
- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the products.
- Collect data and user feedback to measure performance of product features, and to feedback into product development.
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across teams - business development, risk team, operations, design, engineering, data scientist team and customer experience.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines from a university with good academic credentials
- Experience in a product management role with hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and be willing to take challenges
- Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player striving for team success, comfortable with changes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.
