The Deputy Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with clinical services, sales, marketing and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Deputy Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
1) Be close to the customers and updated with healthcare market trends and technology to recommend new or changes to existing products and services that will meet market needs
2) Define the product strategy and roadmap
3) Work with the pricing and clinical services teams to strategise go-to-market plans
4) Work with marketing team to develop marketing strategy to promote the products and services, including the position and messaging for the product or service
5) Work with the operations team to plan the execution of the product or service
6) Monitor and gain insights from data on the uptake and utilization pattern of the product or service and formulate action plans to address gaps or opportunities.
7) Any other reasonable duty that may be assigned from time to time
- Minimum Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of healthcare industry: Familiar with healthcare market, deep understanding of the diverse customer needs, and able to gather market insights from stakeholders like clients, vendors and partners
- 8 years of relevant working experience with proven track records
- Financial Knowledge: Ability to read and understand financial data and perform basic P&L projections

- Ability to convey information / messages effectively and able to adapt the communication style to different target audiences
- Ability to understand and interpret business situations, make sound decisions and take appropriate actions to achieve desired outcomes.
