Make an impact by:

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Singtel's 5G+ Mobile Workspace, CPaaS solutions
  • Identify and develop innovative enterprise use cases that leverage 5G connectivity, Telco APIs, programmable communications, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive end-to-end product ownership, including business case development, commercial models, GTM strategy, and P&L accountability.
  • Evaluate market opportunities, competitive positioning, and partnership strategies to accelerate product growth.

Solution Design & Go-to-Market

  • Design scalable enterprise solutions combining 5G connectivity, eSIM-enabled devices, communications APIs, voice services, messaging capabilities, and cloud-based applications.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies to support enterprise customer adoption.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and channel teams to launch, position, and scale products across target industries and customer segments.
  • Enable sales teams with product training, customer value propositions, and solution playbooks.

Ecosystem & Platform Integration

  • Collaborate with device OEMs, software vendors, CPaaS platform providers, hyperscalers, and system integrators to develop differentiated solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, IT, network, and platform teams to integrate Telco APIs, communications capabilities, provisioning systems, and analytics into a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners and technology vendors to support product innovation and expansion.

Customer Engagement & Product Optimization

  • Lead customer discovery sessions, pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, and early adoption programs.
  • Engage enterprise customers to understand business requirements and translate them into product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
  • Monitor business performance and product KPIs, including revenue growth, adoption rates, attach rates, customer satisfaction, ARPU uplift, and profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback, usage analytics, and market insights.

Product Delivery & Operational Enablement

  • Oversee end-to-end product readiness, including onboarding, provisioning, billing, support processes, and service lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with IT, network, operations, finance, and support teams to ensure operational scalability and service excellence.
  • Establish product governance, documentation, and support frameworks to deliver consistent customer experiences and SLA compliance.

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B product management, telecommunications, CPaaS, enterprise mobility, cloud communications, or ICT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise mobility, programmable communications (Voice, Messaging, APIs), cloud platforms, and digital customer engagement solutions.
  • Experience working across product, sales, engineering, operations, and partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to commercialize technology solutions, develop GTM strategies, and drive business growth.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications, CPaaS providers, cloud communications platforms, or enterprise technology environments is highly desirable.
