Product Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Undertakes product ownership on range of semiconductor equipment (See on product range)

2. Define & plan the projects schedule and resources and kick off meetings

3. Carry out Product/Technology benchmarking with R&D and Marketing

4. Supports Technical Sales in specs review, costing and evaluation of new product requirements

5. Interfaces with customers on project status and technical reviews

6. Manages Product Evaluation programs with Customers

7. Oversees CIP programs to extend product life cycle

8. Interfaces with Engineering Development teams to resolve all technical field issues within the assigned Product family

9. Other tasks assign by supervisor as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. At least a good Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical discipline

2. Knowledge in basic engineering concepts / equipment product development

3. Experienced in project management & leading cross functional teams

4. Able to multitask multiple projects & good time management skills

5. Good leadership, teamwork and able to work with different levels of the organization
