Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager that serve as the intermediary between the technical team and the business, ensuring that both sides are aligned in delivering a product that meets business goals while addressing user needs. The Product Manager will report directly to the Company Director. Over time, this position will evolve into a senior technical position, with growth opportunities within the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between a global distributed technical team and business users, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Apply a data-driven, agile product development approach to manage the product development lifecycle.
- Document the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring all stages are well-documented and transparent.
- Create user documentation that explains the product features and functionality in a way that is accessible and understandable for end-users.
- Develop a strong interest in the business domain, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the product meets business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date user manuals, product documentation, and technical specifications.
- Ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and translated into product features, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
- Utilize your programming experience to understand both front-end development and back-end algorithms, providing technical insights when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a solid technical background.
- 5 years of relevant experience in product management, technical roles, or related fields.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience managing public-facing API endpoints is advantageous.
- Personal passion for building successful products, with the ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and foster collaboration.
