A leading IT services and digital infrastructure company is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end design, packaging, commercialisation, and lifecycle management of its Managed Services and As-A-Service portfolio.
This role will focus on cloud, network, end-user, and hybrid infrastructure services, ensuring that all offerings are market-ready, competitively positioned, commercially viable, and aligned with the organisation's recurring revenue and managed services strategy.
The role is primarily focused on product strategy, service design, pricing, commercialisation, and go-to-market enablement, while technical delivery will be managed by the relevant delivery and operations teams.
Own the full As-A-Service portfolio across Cloud, Network, End-User, and Hybrid Infrastructure domains.
Develop product roadmaps aligned with customer demand, market trends, and organisational strategy.
Define value propositions and differentiated offerings across Government, Enterprise, and SME sectors.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Develop service packages including scope, inclusions/exclusions, SLA tiers, response times, service credits, and support levels.
Create pricing models, rate cards, costing frameworks, and margin structures for cloud, infrastructure, end-user, and network managed services.
Ensure product documentation such as brochures, service descriptions, proposal templates, and commercial decks are standardised and sales-ready.
Govern version control, product updates, and lifecycle changes across all offerings.
Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams with product positioning, customer presentations, tender submissions, and commercial structuring.
Provide training and enablement to Sales, Delivery, and internal stakeholders on new and updated service offerings.
Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, service launch communications, and customer messaging.
Develop and maintain profitability models for the portfolio to ensure sustainable margins.
Forecast consumption and revenue for subscriptions and recurring managed services.
Monitor product performance, utilisation, customer adoption, and churn, and recommend product improvements or retirement where needed.
Work closely with Delivery and Technical SMEs to validate feasibility, operational readiness, and support structures.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with costing, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth transition from commercialisation to service delivery.
Define KPIs for service performance and support periodic service reviews with Delivery teams.
Ensure alignment with relevant compliance, security, and governance standards.
Incorporate customer feedback and operational insights to continuously refine service offerings.
Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, ITIL, or equivalent would be advantageous.
3-6 years of experience in product management, cloud services, managed services, or IT commercial roles.
Experience with cloud subscription management, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), and IT managed service offerings.
Familiarity with managed services across end-user, infrastructure, and network environments.
Exposure to System Integrator environments, enterprise customer engagement, and multi-vendor ecosystems would be preferred.
Strong understanding of cloud subscription models, managed service frameworks, and recurring revenue structures.
Ability to translate technical concepts into commercially viable service offerings.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and operational capabilities.
