About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and success of our LED lighting solutions. You will manage the full product lifecycle, from market research and development to launch and sales enablement, ensuring our products meet customer needs and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for LED product portfolio aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer requirements, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to define product features, specifications, and positioning
- Support go-to-market initiatives, including product messaging, launch campaigns, and sales training
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and regulatory compliance to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field MBA is a plus
- 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in LED, lighting, or related electronics products
- Strong knowledge of LED technologies, applications, and market dynamics
- Proven track record of launching and managing products successfully
