Ocean Pricing & Tender Analysis

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize competitive ocean freight pricing models across APAC trade lanes for non-P&G accounts. Conduct market benchmarking and competitor analysis to support strategic pricing decisions. Collaborate closely with Trade Management and Sales teams to deliver tailored pricing solutions for strategic and local accounts. Lead pricing analysis and provide commercial support for RFQs and tenders, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and profitability objectives.

Direct LCL Consolidation Oversight

  • Oversee owned direct LCL consolidation services within and to/from APAC, with a focus on minimizing co-loading to enhance service reliability and competitiveness. Monitor consolidation utilization levels and proactively communicate with Country teams to address under-utilized consol services and drive optimization.

Intra-Asia Consol Rate Management

  • Work in close collaboration with the APAC LCL team and Regional FCL GOP to procure and maintain competitive FCL rates for Intra-Asia lanes. Ensure sufficient space allocation, cost efficiency, and rate sustainability to support LCL consol operations.

Sales Development & Business Growth

  • Provide commercial and pricing support to Sales teams for key accounts and strategic opportunities. Present value propositions, pricing structures, and customized logistics solutions to customers. Partner with Trade teams and Country/Branch Management to identify growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives. Deliver commercial insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance, contributing to national business planning.

Service Stability & Data Quality Management

  • Act as the escalation point between Commercial and Operations teams to resolve service and execution issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service stability. Oversee and validate booking and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, timely follow-up, and consistent data quality reflected in customer reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, pricing, or business development
  • Experience in Ocean Product FCL, LCL and etc.
  • Advanced analytical abilities (Excel, BI tools) and experience with pricing/tendering platforms
  • Knowledge of international ocean freight operations, Incoterms, and carrier pricing structures
  • Familiarity with digital freight platforms and automation tools
