What You'll Be Doing
- Own and grow strategic vendor relationships while driving revenue, quota attainment, and profitability
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to position products and win opportunities
- Lead channel enablement initiatives including product training, workshops, promotions, and partner events
- Drive go-to-market execution with vendors, including campaigns, incentives, and quarterly business planning
- Analyse business performance (QTD/YTD) and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Act as the key bridge between vendors and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure product pricing, updates, and vendor processes are accurately reflected across systems
- Support resolution of operational and technical issues related to vendor and product matters
- Drive product awareness and mindshare across key partners and customers
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in networking, cybersecurity, or unified communications
- Exposure to channel sales, vendor management, or product marketing is highly advantageous
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for driving business growth
- Analytical ability to interpret performance metrics and market trends
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
