Who are we
iPiD empowers financial institutions, payment service providers, and enterprises with a single global API for Know Your Payee (KYP) verification—reducing fraud, reducing costs, staying compliant, and streamlining cross-border payments, globally.
We are a fast-growing fintech startup, founded by a global team of industry veterans from iconic organizations like SWIFT and Thomson Reuters. Supported by leading investors such as Monk's Hill Ventures, Jungle Ventures and Saison Capital, and guided by an advisory team featuring C-suite leaders from Microsoft, Commonwealth Bank, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Our team combines global expertise with local insights; we are present across key cities—including Singapore, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, London, New York, and Dubai.

- Data analysis and mapping: run analyses of performance data and international payment schemes towards insights, improvements and opportunities;
- Reports Generation and Client Support: champion the product both internally and externally through the regular monitoring and review of products and client relationships
- Cross-functional alignment: working closely respectively with departments, such as business development, engineering, operations and communications, to market and deliver the product to its full strength

- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, CRM, CMS, Tableau
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, results-oriented approach - equally effective with tech teams, business stakeholders and external clients
- Versatile, creative, and intellectually curious - you pick up new skills and tools in service of the problem, not the other way around
- Must have authorization to work; visa sponsorship is not available
