The Carbon Markets Team is another key growth department at Beep.
To bolster our team, we are seeking a Product Management Intern to join our eMobility & Carbon Markets Team to drive new initiatives across the region.This role will be based in Singapore.

- To date, we have over connectivity with over12 acquirers and 36 payments schemes in ASEAN & Hong Kong

- eMobility:
- We're actively working with various Automotive Companies and Charging Point Operators (CPOs) to enable seamless Pay@Point for Electric Vehicle Charging across APAC.
- Wearebuilding a real-time settlement network to enable eRoaming across our various EV Charging partners.

- Carbon Markets:
- We're actively growing our technical & product capabilities in the Carbon Credits Market & creating settlement networks for themonitoring and issuance of verifiable Carbon Credentials on the Blockchain.
What you'll do:
- Research and deep dive into complex business problems across business units/entities, geographies and product lines to identify significant insights and generate product requirements.
- You will be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible; Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
- Act as the voice of our EV Drivers, Merchants and Automotive Partners, becoming an evangelist for innovative digital solutions and working closely with customer groups to gain an understanding of user personas, user journeys and user pain points
- Lead the product roadmap through collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams, providing insights into technology, product and market trends
- Develop feature lists, user stories and roadmaps, and continuously gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- You will monitor and report on KPIs and metrics to measure success
You should apply if:
- You have previously interned as a Software Engineer, and would like to explore an exciting career in Product Management
- Been successful in launching and scaling digital products from the ground up either in your current job or previously during your undergraduate studies
- Deep understanding of dealing with enterprise solutions and B2B workflows
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (JIRA/Confluence)
- An excellent leader with experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Engineering, Design and Business Development teams
- Relish working in a startup environment full of ambiguity with ability to manage time and schedules to meet ambitious goals
- Able to commit a minimum of 3 months on a full time basis.
Good to have:
- Have prior experience in the Fintech industry working on digital payments / cross-border real time settlement networks.
- You have an understanding of one of the leading eMobility protocols: EVCS/OCPI/OCPH/OCPP
- Good understanding of the various Networking stacks (e.g: TCP/IP, MQTT & WebSockets)
