Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitor dynamics to develop a strong product strategy. Translate market insights into definitive product specifications, including software, hardware, and documentation, while creating a compelling business case for new product features. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure effective communication of requirements to systems architects and product owners. Assist in developing a strategic industrial power supply roadmap for the next 2-3 years, aligning with organizational goals and prioritizing new products based on applications and necessary form factors. Define and execute a robust go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the marketing team for new power supplies, while developing marketing materials that effectively communicate product value. Provide sales support during key customer meetings and technical workshops, addressing functional, use case, and commercial inquiries from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably in Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines focused on power supplies or power electronics. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in product management or a similar role. Proven success in managing and delivering projects effectively. Comprehensive understanding of international B2B market dynamics. Strong stakeholder management skills for both internal and external interactions in a global context.
